SSS post 3

On this segment of Sweet Sweaty Summer

 Don't worry, it will get sweeter

 Yep, there it is!

We went up to Silver Lake for my dad's b-day on July 30th

 Did a little canoeing 

 ate popsicles

 and cookies! 

 Binky girls- Ruby's friend Reese- she says it more like "rooof"

 Made this for Kevins neice

Preschool started again!!!

Kevin and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary in August. 

We took the kids for a hike that morning. 

Not thrilled about sitting on this huge rock. (it's probably all that fresh air they got)

This night, what a joke. Ruby was sick, but we figured we will be outisde, and a little 

fresh air never hurt anyone right?

Our first mistake: tell Zack we will buy him a treat.

Second mistake: both of us left our wallets home

Third mistake: take a sick baby out of the house

Long story short, Ruby ended up throwing up, twice, luckily we had extra clothes

 and blankets. We waited for about 2 hours before all the hot air balloons were inflated and then 

figured out they weren't even lifting off the ground... 

We have a no pants policy at our house on hot afternoons.

Ruby is turning into such a girly girl. watch her feed the babies...

and then feed herself.

SHOES! The girl lives for shoes! 

All day everyday, trying on everyone's shoes.

Then we have our fireman, dressed in his winter coat

With his guys (stuffed dogs) stuffed inside his coat to protect them from the fire.

He usually wears his coat upside down when he goes to a fire though, 

you know, because its reversible like that. 

Gotta love them Niners!

He has always been so cautious but this summer has started going down big slides!

Seriously that was a feat for him!

Then there is the little dare devil

Poor Ruby, one afternoon before naps I was letting the kids watch a show while 

I fed a bottle to the baby I watch. I looked over and Ruby was passed out

like this. Silly girl
